Company History: Established 1983, started with installation, service of a wide variety of dairy control equipment. Moved on to designing and manufacturing own products. Factory in Welshpool has full antistatic facilities.
Products: Feed Control, Out-of Parlour Feeding, Davlec Farm Management System, and much more for UK dairy farmers. Dash panels for buses. The Davlec Compost Probe. Cables, Harnesses and Looms for Knitting machines. Electronic metrology equipment. Sub-contract quotations for electronic control design and manufacture Hi Fi and audio systems.
Markets: UK and Ireland.
Processes: CAD design, Flow soldering and surface mount soldering of PCB's. Design, prototype and testing services.
General Facilities: 5,500 sq. ft. of production area with flow soldering machine. Surface mount equipment, test equipment and pick and place machine. All employees offered opportunity to train on day-release basis.
Standards: Quality system in place to meet any standard required. No standard accredited though we do run to ISO standard.
Main area of operation: Sub-contract PCB design and assembly, electronic control equipment for dairy farmers.
