This event is POSTPONED - We will be providing key pointers for employers in relation to managing sickness absence. We will also be highlighting important principles arising from reported cases decided since our autumn updates (including, in relation to disciplinary matters, a reminder of the answer to the often-asked question by employers 'Do we always need to hold a separate investigation meeting?’), and considering the extension to the off-payroll working rules and the introduction of parental bereavement leave and pay, expected in April 2020.
There will be refreshments and a buffet lunch served at 12.30pm and the seminar will commence at 1pm.
