Who will benefit?

This will benefit those individuals wishing to improve their ability to deal effectively with difficult situations in order to bring about positive developments both personally and professionally.

Workshop Objectives

Issues that can lead to and create stress can occur on a daily basis. This may mean additional stress for ourselves and/or our teams. Sometimes, this may lead to illness, ineffective working, poor decision making and damage to relationships.

Fun and practical activities are used throughout the workshop to raise your self-awareness of how you manage stress in the workplace and to look at a range of techniques to help you going forward. The outline aims of the workshop are to identify and understand:

  • What is stress and what pushes my buttons?

  • How do I know when I am stressed?

  • Emotional Intelligence

  • Dealing with Conflict

  • Simple methods to de-stress

Duration: 3 Hours

Location: Newtown

Course Delivery: This course will be delivered by Dave Jones, Up, Qualified to Masters degree level in Management, degree level in Chemistry and a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, Dave has over thirty years’ experience managing at all levels in various sectors, including engineering, automotive, medical devices, pharmaceutical and food.
