Quality department, managers and technicians and engineers. This course is also for the wider business involved in rolling out the standard or maintaining the requirements and those involved in internal audit.

This course is designed to provide delegates with a general understanding of ISO9001: 2015 requirements.

The course will help the delegates overcome the complexity of the systems and see the underlying structure and roles and responsibilities of those involved in its management and improvement.
