The Mid Wales Commercial Property Investment Fund, launched through the Mid Wales Growth Deal (Growing Mid Wales), aims to support businesses in investing in new premises or scaling up their operations. This fund will play a key role in tackling challenges related to commercial property access and driving economic growth in the region.
The fund will provide financial support for:
Developing new commercial properties, including necessary infrastructure and utilities
Extending, refurbishing, retrofitting, or converting existing commercial properties
