The workshop will be beneficial to anyone responsible for enabling change in their organisation, be it transformational (large-scale) or incremental (small or medium-scale).
Course Objectives
Change is all around us, inevitable if organisations wish to survive and/or remain competitive and ‘stay in the race’ ahead of competitors. Implementing change successfully requires commitment, a planned approach or process that ensures the change is managed before during and after implementation and ‘change agents’ with the right qualities and the right approach to make it happen successfully.
Practical exercises are used throughout the workshop. Real company examples can be included, where appropriate. The outline aims of the workshop are to identify and understand:
• The Importance of Change;
• The Readiness for Change;
• Your Suitability as a ‘Change Agent’;
• Evaluating Proposed Changes;
• Preparing for Change;
• Planning for Change;
• Overcoming Resistance to Change;
• Making the Change;
• Establishing the Change.

Course Delivery: This course will be delivered by Dave Jones, Up, Qualified to Masters degree level in Management, degree level in Chemistry and a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, Dave has over thirty years’ experience managing at all levels in various sectors, including engineering, automotive, medical devices, pharmaceutical and food.
