Workshop Objectives
Conflict is all around us. Many of us don’t like dealing with it and far too often choose to ignore it. Although this is always an option, it is often not the best one. Left undealt with, conflict can cause major disruption to an organisation and the relationships within it, and having negative impacts. Conversely, a sound knowledge of how to deal with conflict and a commitment to positively address or proactively prevent conflict can mean enhanced relationships, great results and success for everyone.

The outline aims of the interactive workshops are to identify and understand:

● The Five Approaches to Dealing with Conflict;
● How to Establish the Cause of Conflict;
● Qualities you Need to Demonstrate when Conflict Arises;
● How to Proactively Prevent Conflict.
