Beacon Foods require a Night Production Operative to join our team.

Working with the production team in various departments, there is a variety of tasks which may include:

  • Production: preparing mixes for the cooks ensuring all ingredients are ready for the cooking process to begin across our range of kettles, brat pans, chargrills & ovens.

  • Packing, racking up and getting the products ready to chill within the desired specifications and packing the products to each of our customers requirements.

  • Complete paperwork accurately, timely and ensure strict compliance to traceability where necessary.

  • Carry out hygiene tasks as required to maintain a clean and safe working environment

  • Guaranteeing that quality, environmental and Health and Safety standards are continuously met.

  • Compliance with food safety rules and regulations.

Previous experience in manufacturing is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided including L2 Food Safety Certification & Manual Handling.

Our night production team work a Sunday - Thursday shift 22.00 - 06.00am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £25,800.00 per year
