Due to continued growth, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an Internal Account Executive to join our busy team, reporting directly into our Account Manager.

Role Summary:

The Internal Account Executive will play a significant role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. They will also act as a support arm to our -on-the-road Account Managers.

Based full-time at our offices in Newtown, the role will sit in our commercial department, and focus on customer management, aiming to drive growth and retention through providing exceptional customer service and a methodical account management process.

This is a client-centric role, advocating our brand and contributing to Cambrian’s most important company value - putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively approach existing customers, understanding their needs and how we can help them with the products we sell.

· Provide knowledgeable advice about our products and solutions, aiming to exceed customer expectations.

· Address customer queries via phone and email with tailored solutions.

· Be the key contact for your allocated accounts, demonstrating how much we value professional sales and deliver an outstanding service.

· Build strong customer relationships and find new sales opportunities to ensure repeat business.

· Look for chances to suggest additional upsell products that could benefit the customer to increase your overall account expenditure.

· Quickly put together and follow up on sales quotes, staying one step ahead of what customers might need and sealing the deal.

· Process orders via email and over the phone carefully and efficiently, making sure the whole process from first contact to delivery runs smoothly.

· Provide excellent after-sale service, ensuring the customer is happy, and dealing with any potential issues swiftly.

· Act as a support arm to our Account Managers when they undertake face-to-face visits. This might entail creating quotations or ensuring meeting notes and follow up actions are recorded onto our CRM system.

Candidate Profile:

· Proven experience in customer service or account management, with a strong focus on client care.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making and problem-solving.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

· Computer Literate, proficient with Microsoft office suite software

· A positive, can-do attitude.

· Experience of using CRM software and how it can be used effectively to improve Customer Retention is advantageous but not essential.

Package:

· Starting from £35,000, depending on experience

This is a full-time position, 5 days a week. Hours of work are 8:15 until 16:45 with a 16:00 finish on a Friday.
