Site Caretaker, RM Group, Newtown

Summary

An exciting opportunity to join a local business in a site caretaker role. Maintaining and improving site cleanliness and ensuring a clean and tidy environment for all.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

·        Sweeping/Using ride on sweeper to keep shop floors clean

·        Waste collection and recycling

·        Organising palletised goods on shop floor so neat and tidy

·        Painting walkways and site periodically

·        Grass cutting, weeding, weed killing

·        Cleaning vehicles internally/externally

·        Organising racking, part bins, shelves of parts

·        General site housekeeping

Desirable Skills

·        Reliable and punctual

·        Good attention to detail

·        Experience in similar role desirable

·        Previous or existing FLT license desireable

This role is based in our factory (SY16) fulltime.

Training: Internal training on any machinery will be provided.

Hours: 16-20 Hours Per Week, Monday-Friday (Hours Negotiable)

Salary: £12.00 per hour (gross)
