The Prepare to Grow programme is a fully funded business development programme developed by the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and Antur Cymru and is aimed at small business with a desire to grow in a profitable, sustainable and successful way.
Not only does the programme focus on the practical skills needed, but it also ensures that you are in the right place to start your growth journey.
The programme itself runs from July 2024 until November 2024 and consists of completion of the Triple Chasm Model*, six masterclasses covering essential areas that are key to you growing your business, monthly peer to peer sessions, regular 121 session with a business advisor and a review of your growth plan.

The masterclasses are integral part of the programme and are underpinned by the completion of the Triple Chasm Model.
*The Triple Chasm Model has been developed to discover, through a series of questions, on exactly where your business sits in readiness for growth. You will be given support and guidance to complete the Triple Chasm Model and your results will give you clear guidance of which of the masterclasses are relevant for you to attend.
