The Mid Wales Freight Strategy

Survey of businesses - Improving Business Efficiency Across The Whole of Mid Wales

This online survey is being carried out by MDS Transmodal on behalf of the Growing Mid Wales Partnership and the Welsh Government.

The principle focus of this piece of work is to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of freight movements, reducing journey times and improving business efficiency across the whole of Mid Wales and on key transit routes to and from the region, while also seeking to find ways, where possible, to reduce the wider impacts of freight movements. One of the first tasks in developing this strategy is to ensure that we understand the key issues that affect businesses in the region and to seek views on potential measures to address them.

The results from the survey will help us to develop a freight strategy for Mid Wales that is most appropriate for the region. The results will only be published in an aggregated form and will only be used to inform the development of the strategy.
