Workshop Objectives
OEE is a tried and tested methodology used by world class manufacturers for identifying process performance and issues that can be addressed to enable improvement. Implementing OEE on key machines or bottlenecks can increase process understanding in order to meet customer needs on time, EVERY TIME.
Various numerical and practical activities are used throughout the workshop to enable the attendee to understand the benefits, use and implementation of OEE. The outline aims of the workshop are to identify and understand:
