Understanding COSHH

Wednesday 30th August 9.30am - 2pm, Newtown

The aim of this course is to know how to identify hazardous substances in the workplace and to understand COSHH legal regulations, including the responsibilities of employers and employees.

This course is aimed at anyone who uses substances hazardous to health at work.

Course Objectives

This course introduces candidates to substances, the risks and controls available and

outlines what to expect from a control of substances hazardous to health (COSHH)

assessment.

At the end of the session participants may complete an assessment for a level 2 Award in the Principles in COSHH
