Team Roles and responsibilities
Customer Services Advisor
To ensure all sales/installations are booked and completed in full, maximising full potential within the forecast & ensuring inbound calls are answered and actioned. Maintaining existing customers accounts based through a variety of actions in line with the Company’s retention strategies.
Responsibilities
· Raising Customers on the MDB
· Additional unit requests and repeats, providing quotes & paperwork
· Ensuring all communication is captured within the MDB
· Unit removals/ unit moves/ reinstallations
· Create Installation Purchase Orders for engineers, including vehicle registrations, vehicle makes and any specific instructions
· Cover transfer paperwork
· Unit resigns and general basic account management on our 150 and under unit customers
· Adhoc demo’s when requested – showing an understanding of system
· Disconnections and account reconciliation
· Keeping up to date with current pricing
· Processing Company names changes and account updates
· Ensuring forecast chased
· Chasing provisional paperwork/DD
· Answering inbound calls
· Managing & prioritising your own inbox & replies in a timely manner
· Ensuring great customer service is provided
· Ad hoc additional tasks as required by the Company
