Canteens to Let

Control Techniques has available to let, two internal staff canteens that are not open to the public. Both facilities, based across two separate sites in Newtown, Powys, feature a canteen and food preparation area which can be used to prepare food for sale offsite.

Lease and Application

The Canteens are available on a two year lease, followed by a rolling three month break clause. Applications must be sent in writing and application forms are available from CTExec@mail.nidec.com. Expiry date 5th June 2020
